14-15-16 Full Weekend – ADSI Marche Event

Experience a unique weekend between Pesaro and Urbino with the Autumn Ball. The package includes: two exclusive evenings in historic homes, the guided tours and the Saturday lunch.

For organizational reasons, the Friday evening and Saturday shuttles are not included and must be booked separately. Sunday lunch is also not included; due to the nature of the venue, you will be ordered à la carte and paid for on-site.

The Member rate applies only to ADSI members and friends in good standing, EHH members, and non-members up to 25 years old (who will be contacted to verify their age). If this rate is not applicable, the reservation will not be considered valid.

The promotion Early bird is applicable until October 21st. The rates Late apply from November 11th.

Description

The ADSI AUTUMN BALL – Youth Group will be held on Saturday, November 15th, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Palazzo del Monte Baldassini, in the historic center of Pesaro. As we discover Italy and its widespread beauty, we will gather here to celebrate the extraordinary heritage we are called to preserve, enhance... but above all, to experience.

The palace was home to one of the oldest noble families in central Italy, built by an extraordinary Renaissance man: the mathematician Guidobaldo Bourbon del Monte di Santa Maria, a friend of Galileo Galilei and Torquato Tasso (whose footsteps we can still imagine echoing through the palace), who cultivated a circle of elite intellectuals there. It is among the most beautiful buildings in the Marche, standing at the crossroads between the fortress, with its imposing, square façade; the pleasure villa, with its internal portico and splendid garden—a true Renaissance locus amoenus—and the Venetian palace, with its magnificent double-height hall that bisects it, opening onto the frescoed and decorated state rooms.

To experience all these spaces, the evening will include an aperitif on the portico, dinner in the lounge (prepared by the award-winning restaurant Lo Scudiero), and then dancing and drinks until late at night.

The Ball will be an extraordinary opportunity to discover Pesaro, the cradle of art and music, and its twin city, Urbino, the birthplace of the Renaissance, through their palaces and breathtaking landscapes that have inspired centuries of art and beauty. For this reason, in addition to the Saturday evening ball, we propose a weekend program of visits and opportunities for discovery.

Friday, November 14 – Pesaro
5:00 PM – Arrival and accommodation at the chosen locations
7:30 PM – Shuttle service from Pesaro city center to Villa Cattani Stuart
8:30 PM – Welcome reception with a "sip & sax" at Villa Cattani Stuart. Guided tour of the villa, with its 17th-century frescoes, and the gardens.
Saturday, November 15 – Urbino
10:00 AM – Shuttle service from Pesaro city center to Urbino
11:00 – Visit to the National Gallery of the Marche and Raphael's House
1:30 PM – Breakfast at the Il Cortegiano restaurant
Following, visit to the suggestive Oratory of San Giovanni Battista
5:30 PM – Shuttle service from Urbino to Pesaro City Center
